The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty is fully accountable to the donors and citizens of our community. Currently, the Foundation contracts with Clark Schaefer Hackett to conduct an annual financial audit. In addition, the Foundation has been recognized as being in compliance with the Council on Foundation's National Standards.
